All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy drops or special launches, there may be a slight delay — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Shipping Within New Zealand
We ship nationwide using reliable courier partners. From big cities to rural corners, we’ll make sure your package finds its way home. Once it’s on the road, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow the journey.

Australia & International Orders
Yes, we ship internationally! We’re proud to send Labubu pieces across the globe. Delivery timeframes vary depending on where you are — but rest assured, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Tracking & Updates
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If anything feels off or takes longer than expected, our support team is just a message away.

Delivery Issues
We work with trusted couriers, but once the package leaves our hands, it’s in theirs. If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing, please reach out — we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
